Payments Made On The 1st Of Each Month
All prices exclusive of VAT. With our retainer packages, you can choose a set amount of hours per month depending on your needs, for an initial period of 3 months. We will then re-assess your package to ensure you are getting exactly what you need and will then move onto a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month agreement. If you ever need more hours than the agreed number of hours per month, overtime is charged at our regular hourly rate of £30 per hour. Please note that retainer hours do not roll over each month. We will always let you know in advance if we are close to hitting our hours for the month.

You choose a monthly package that suits your needs, and I’ll be on hand to provide design support for your brand and website. You’ll have a set number of design hours allocated each month, which can be used for anything from social graphics to website updates and marketing materials.
It depends on how often you need design support! If you regularly need updates, social graphics, or marketing materials, a larger package ensures you always have design time available. After the minimum 3-month commitment, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade depending on your requirements. At the end of the 3 months, we will have a chat to see what you need for the next 3-month commitment to make sure you're getting the best!
Unused hours expire at the end of each week. This is to ensure that we can allocate time for your projects each week and plan our workload accordingly.
