Our website design process
01. Strategy & Planning
We'll kick off the process with a in depth strategy session, up to 2 hours long, where we’ll discuss your target audience, business goals, and overall vision for your website. Before our call, you’ll have completed the strategy questionnaire that helps me understand your brand and what you need from your website. During the meeting, we’ll break down your answers, map out the user journey, and discuss your site’s style and functionality.
02. Design & Build
Once we have your strategy in place, it's time for me to crack on! Over the next two weeks, I’ll bring your website to life, starting with a mockup and wireframes before moving to a fully functional, live prototype. We’ll be in constant communication throughout the build, whether it’s through WhatsApp or the Client Portal, so you’re never left wondering how things are going.
At every stage, your feedback is essential. I’ll guide you through each part of the process and if possible, we’ll have a live feedback session via Zoom.
03. Launch & Support
When your website goes live, you'll receive a recorded video walkthrough of your website so you feel completely confident managing and updating it.
For the first two weeks following the launch, I am just an email away should you need any help. After that should you need any changes or updates to your website that you're not confident or don't have time to do yourself, you can opt for additional support.
